Home workouts

The gym closed at 1 today and is closed tomorrow. Since I didn't get off work til 3 I had to do my workout at home. It's much harder than one would have expected. Luckly, I have the WII Fit to help and all the great exercises my wonderful trainer has shown me. I have also started keeping track of my calories and I can see how I got so over weight. The portions you "should" eat compared to what I did eat are crazily (if thats a word) different.

  1. Good for you sticking to your routine even when it changes! I hear a food journal is one of the best tools to lose weight. I did one once and it really was an eye-opener!
